Surface Water Management and Restoration

Pope Plant Ltd tendered for the project in December 2015, with the scheme be revised many times during 2016.

The works involved several alterations to existing ditches, excavation of new soak aways, new ditches with aggregate fill and added to the contract whilst on site was the removal of 1000m of chainlink fencing and replacing with stock fence along with site entrance alterations to the road and gates.

The works took place in Nov/Dec 16 and was the final contract for Pope Plant Ltd in the year.

The project was completed along with further tree planting in order for Suez to satisfy the local planning authority that the site was now complete and fully restored to the standard expected.

The contract was completed to the high standard expected ahead of programme and within budget.

“The contract was completed to the high standard expected ahead of programme and within budget.”

SITA-E-FARR 2015

“The success of the project was mainly down to the way Craig Pope and his colleagues understood the client’s needs, worked with an excellent spirit of collaboration and interfaced with all the parties to complete the project.
I would recommend others to seriously consider the services of Pope Plant”

Our smallest excavator on the fleet had a busy day yesterday installing ducting and new electrical cable to the Jetty in a boat yard in Gravesend.
It was a race against time to beat the high Thames Spring tide.
Another client happy๐Ÿ˜€
