It was decided by our Managing director to heavily invest in full 3D Leica GPS equipment for our Cat D6T LGP Dozer and newly purchased Komatsu 210 excavator.
The benefits of this equipment paid dividend in speedy up the progress of the works without any setting out or need for full time engineer on site.
The works consisted of the construction of 2 lagoons, one of them being the largest AD Plant Lagoon in Europe.
The very tricky and time consuming base and wall construction of the sillage clamps in preparation to receive pre-cast panels.
All associated trimming works for concrete structures.
The works lasted 13 weeks and were completed to the satisfaction of our new client which will hopefully lead to future earthworks projects.
